Lead with clarity when complexity grows.
I help leaders and teams in complex, multinational environments navigate decision-making, energy, and responsibility at scale.
A 10-minute reset to shift from stress to strength.
When responsibility scales, leadership needs to evolve
At a certain point in your career, leadership stops being about capability.
You already know how to deliver, how to take ownership, how to make things work. Those strengths are likely what brought you here. But as responsibility grows, the context changes. The scope widens. Decisions carry more weight. Your presence matters as much as your expertise.
Influence becomes less about doing, and more about how you show up, what you signal, and what you choose not to carry.
What once worked no longer scales.
Many leaders at this level don’t struggle because they lack skill or commitment. They struggle because they are operating in environments where complexity has increased: larger teams, matrix structures, multiple stakeholders, cultural dynamics, and constant pressure to perform and adapt.
Some are in the middle of a leadership transition.
Others have already made that transition and still feel the weight of it every day.
They may notice they are stepping in too often, carrying more than is sustainable, or staying “on” even when influence, delegation, or restraint would be more effective. They may also notice that their impact is not always visible in the way they intend, or that leading across cultures, perspectives, and expectations requires more energy than before.
Not because they are doing it wrong, but because leadership at this level asks for a different relationship with responsibility, energy, and presence.
This is not a performance problem.
It’s a leadership reality in complex systems.
Leading from clarity, not over-responsibility
My work supports leaders who operate in complex, often multinational environments, and who want to lead well within that reality.
Leaders who care deeply about doing things right, who value trust and inclusion, and who are navigating decisions that affect not just themselves, but their teams and the wider system around them.
Often, what shows up individually is mirrored in the team:
where ownership sits,
how decisions are made,
how clearly direction is felt,
and how much responsibility quietly accumulates in one place.
Coaching creates space to slow down just enough to see clearly:
what is truly yours to carry,
where responsibility strengthens leadership,
and where it subtly turns into pressure.
From there, leadership becomes more intentional. More grounded. Less reactive. Not lighter in responsibility, but clearer in how it is held.
That clarity naturally ripples outward, shaping communication, trust, collaboration, and accountability in teams working across cultures and complexity.
Tools as mirrors, not fixes
I work with a small set of powerful assessments and reflections, including the Energy Leadership™ Index and Hogan Assessments.
Not as answers or labels, but as mirrors.
They help make visible how you lead under pressure, how your strengths show up at scale, and how cultural context, values, and unconscious patterns influence your decisions, relationships, and impact, both individually and within teams.
Combined with values-based reflection and honest coaching dialogue, these tools support deeper self-leadership, the kind that allows leadership of others to become more sustainable, clear, and effective.
This work isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about leading from choice rather than habit, clarity rather than obligation, and using your strengths at the level your role and environment now demand.
If leadership feels heavier than it used to, that’s often a signal, not to do more, but to lead differently.
Individual leaders and teams
I primarily work one-on-one with mid-to-senior leaders who want to lead with more intention, clarity, and grounded authority in complex environments.
Alongside individual coaching, I also support leadership teams on a tailored basis. Team coaching focuses on strengthening the space between people, clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving collaboration, and creating shared ownership in situations where complexity affects the whole system.
Team engagements often build on, or run alongside, individual leadership coaching, especially when the challenges a leader is facing are also present at team or system level.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about realigning with what’s already strong, and learning how to lead from there with more clarity, steadiness, and impact.
If you’re facing a leadership challenge, navigating complexity, or sensing that something in how you lead needs to evolve, I’d be glad to explore that with you.
“Leadership rarely breaks down because of missing skills. It breaks down when what once worked no longer scales.”
Hi, I’m Jane – and I help leaders navigate complexity with more clarity, steadiness, and impact.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across continents, industries, and cultures. I’ve led teams in matrix organizations, navigated ambiguity, and carried the pressure that comes with responsibility growing faster than clarity.
That lived experience shapes how I coach today.
As a certified professional coach (PCC, ICF), I support leaders who are capable, committed, and trusted, yet feel stretched by the complexity of their role. Often not because they lack skill, but because leadership has quietly shifted and what worked before no longer scales.
My approach is calm, intentional, and human. We don’t start with fixing or optimizing. We focus on what’s really going on beneath the surface, and how you can lead with more choice, clarity, and grounded authority.
I use tools like the Energy Leadership™ Index and Hogan Assessments as mirrors, not labels. They help create insight into how you lead under pressure, what drives your decisions, and where small shifts can make a meaningful difference.
